The closet door would not completely close as the ironing board legs protruded through it due to being hung improperly on the wall. The shower/tub diverter valve needed to be replaced as half of the water continued to run into the tub rather than thru the shower head. If you leaned up against and and then went to get up, it sounded like velcro being pulled apart as you got up. The sofa cushions sank into the sofa when you sat on them and the headboard was extremely worn and cracked. When we opened the TV cabinet, one of the doors would not stay open and was really a safety hazard. When we got to our room, we had a wet cloth/floor mop sitting on top of the dresser.
The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was very spacious.
This was our fourth stay at a Harrah's property and the first time at Rio.
